This page is deliberately excluded from the search index. It becomes a public compliance statement only once performer records are confirmed for everything served.

This site is a secondary producer: it does not create the depictions it streams. Records for third-party material are held by the primary producer that published it.

Required records

For every depiction of sexually explicit conduct, records must show each performer's legal name, date of birth, and the date and place of production — or a valid exemption statement where the material qualifies.

As a secondary producer, this site relies on the exemption at 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(2): the required records are in the custody of the primary producer, whose name and location are recorded for each item ingested.

Content sourcing

Content is sourced from third-party publishers and re-hosted. For each source we record the originating page, the source id, and the date it was ingested, so a notice or an inspection request can be traced back to the producer that holds the performer records.

A source is only ingested once its originating page is recorded. A rights notice or an inspection request can therefore be routed to the producer holding the performer records. If a source cannot confirm it holds them, its content is removed.
