How to have content removed, and how quickly we act.
Our commitment
Removal requests are actioned within 48 hours of receipt. A removed video returns HTTP 410, is dropped from the sitemap, and its media is deleted from storage.

Notices may be sent by email or post. Email reaches the agent fastest; removal requests are actioned within 48 hours of receipt.
The agent above is registered with the US Copyright Office. Send notices to the address or email exactly as written — a notice that reaches an outdated contact does not start the statutory clock.
What a valid notice must contain
Identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material claimed to infringe; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the agent containing the URL, your name, address and telephone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address — or Dallas County, Texas if you are outside the United States.
Repeat infringers
Accounts and sources associated with repeated infringement are blocked permanently. Source identifiers are retained on a denylist so removed material cannot be re-ingested.
Other removals
Requests involving non-consensual intimate imagery are treated as urgent and are actioned ahead of the standard queue. Use the same contact address and mark the message URGENT.
